Joe Lee Hailey passed away Nov. 14, 2016 at his home near Ivan, surrounded by family and friends. He was 41. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the South Prairie Cemetery near Ivan. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham is in charge of arrangements. Joe was born Feb. 8, 1975 in Graham. He was preceded in death by his mother, Connie Faye Hailey. Survivors include his father, Tommy Hailey of Ivan; brother, Jim Hailey and wife Angie of Mineral Wells; sister, Jana Hailey-Lackey and husband Buba of Hudson Oaks; two nieces, Mica Hailey and Tanna Goodin; one great-niece and two great-nephews.
