John Franklin Langford

John Franklin Langford passed away Jan. 27, 2020 at his home on Lake Graham. A memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 31, at the First Baptist Church in Graham. Interment was at Pioneer Cemetery. The family will received friends on Thursday, Jan. 30, at the family home on Lake Graham at 1820 FM 3003 from 6-8 p.m. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

John was born on June 9, 1936 in Big Spring and moved to Graham in 1977. He was a retired oil and gas roustabout and a long-time member and Deacon at the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Langford; son, John S. Langford and wife Debbie; three daughters, Tonya Fellows and husband Tony, Amber Blue and husband Terry and Hayley Langford; brother, Robert Langford and wife Margaret; sister, Wanda Shough; five grandchildren, Cassidy Blue Good, Jesse Blue Patterson, Sadie Fellows Johnson, Gracie Langford and Riley Langford; seven great grandchildren, Carter, Hatley, Rone, Lecil, Hayes, Steel and Leddy. John was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Libby Fellows and by two brothers, Scott and Ed Langford. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Virginia’s House, 729 Elm St, Graham, TX 76450 or to Cook Children’s Health Foundation, 801 7th Ave, Ft Worth, TX 76104.
