Kelly Wooderson Burkett (57) - a daughter, mother, sister and a friend courageously ended this chapter of her life on Nov. 11, 2021, and began the journey into the final (eternal) chapter with her Father in Heaven.

She was born on May 5, 1964, to Charles and Donya Wooderson. At age 23 she gave birth to her daughter and best friend, Jaycie Jo Burkett. Later in life she began a career in nursing. As a Christian, she put her love and Faith in Jesus.

She loved spending time with and being surrounded by her friends and especially family. Until the end her sense of humor and ability to make us laugh was prevalent.

Kelly was proceeded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her daughter Jaycie Burkett, her brother Kevin Wooderson and long time friend and companion Russell Knight.

A memorial will be  held Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, at The Cowboy Gathering Church at 11 a.m. for family and friends.
