Kerry Wayne Sims, son of Donald Scott and Nancy C. Carmack Sims, was born June 13, 1949, in Stanford, Texas and departed this life June 17, 2021, in Osage Beach, Missouri, at the age of seventy-two years.

Kerry is survived by his wife, Sharon; children, Bradley Sims and Karina of Denver, CO, Christopher Sims and Brittaney Squibb, Julie Schlipp and Ted, David Price and Julie and Jeffery Price and Becky, all of Lebanon, MO; eleven grandchildren, Bennie, Solay, T.J., Jenna, Trenton, Kirkland, Cameron, Wyatt, Jared, Brindan and Briella; ten great-grandchildren, Bryson, Ryder, Tobias, Drake, Maizlyn, Oakley, Kimber, Maicyn, Hazel and Cooper; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Scott; one sister, Kay; and one son, Nakoda Sims.

Memorial services for Kerry Wayne Sims will be held Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel at 10 a.m. His body has been cremated under direction of Shadel’s Colonial Chapel.
