Linda Waggoner Armstrong, 76, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 27, in Graham. Visitation was Sunday from 1 p.m. till service time at First Baptist Church Spur. A Graveside funeral was held Sunday, Dec. 2, at Spur Memorial Cemetery in Spur. Arrangements were under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Linda was born Oct. 28, 1942 in Jayton, to the late J.W. and Margaret Catherine (Wharton) Waggoner. She attended West Texas State University where she received her teaching degree. She married Eddie Armstrong, Feb. 10, 1973 in Alpine. Linda was an elementary school music teacher in Spur for many years. She moved to Graham in 1998 from Odessa. Linda was a member of the Baptist Church.

Survivors include; husband, Eddie Armstrong of Graham; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Linda was preceded in death by a sister, Marlene Cumbie.
