Marshall Taylor Moore Jr., 78, passed away on Friday morning in his home in Martins Mill. He was born Sept. 15, 1940 in Graham to Delia Aline Shields Moore and Marshall Taylor Moore Sr.

Marshall graduated from Graham High School in 1959 and became a licensed brick mason. Upon his death, Marshall was a member of the Bridge Fellowship Church in Martins Mill. His hobbies included bowling, fishing, watching his grandchildren play sports, talking, and attending the Geezers Bible Study.

He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Carolyn and Jimmy Reed of Graham; his niece, Stacey Clayton and husband, Kerry, and their daughter, Taylor Quillan and husband, Raymond of Graham; his daughter, Kim Moore of Fort Worth; his son and Daughter-in-law, Trae and Monica Moore of Martins Mill; grandchildren: Joel McCartney, Alyssa and Joe Brownback, Micah McCartney, Mackenzie and Dakota Lowe, Davis Moore, and Sawyer Moore.

Funeral services were held on Monday, Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. at the Bridge Fellowship in Martins Mill.
