Mary Elizabeth Holman Brisco passed away Sept. 30, 2017 at her home in Graham. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 4, at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home, with interment following at Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson. Mary was born Feb. 1, 1927 to Cap H. Holman and Ruth Cullers Holman. She was a retired licensed vocational nurse and a member of the First Baptist Church in Graham. She was the mother of six children, Winona Collins, Jerry Brisco, Michael Brisco, Royce Brisco, David Brisco and Susan Eklund. Mary was grandmother of 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She also had two stepsons, Larry and Richard Brisco, and many nieces and nephews. Mary was a loving mother, wife and grandmother. She was preceded in death by Lester Brisco and Lawrence Brisco.
