It’s been a year since Pat went home to be with the Lord, after her battle against cancer.

Pat lived in Young County for over 25 years until moving to the Texas coast with her husband “Buster” Brock and three children in 1969. She is missed by beloved relatives and friends in this area, including her son Brad Brock, granddaughter Karlee Nantz, sisters Martha Collier, Barbara Daily and Nicki Hamilton, brother Chuck Nicholson and their families. Her family also includes two daughters, five more grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four step-children and their families.

Pat was a life-long learner, with many talents and pursuits, including being a Master Gardener for 20 years.

Friends and family are invited to a memorial gathering on Oct. 1, 2022, with interment of her ashes at the Loving Cemetery at 11 a.m., followed by a celebration of her life and  a potluck lunch at the Loving Community Center.
