Paula Jean Knight, 65, died in Graham on Sept. 9. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham will be in charge of the arrangements. Visitation was at the funeral home Monday, Sept. 12 at 9 a.m. Funeral Services were 10 a.m. Monday, with burial following at Mountain Home Cemetery, Jack County, Senate, TX.

Paula was born in Graham on Oct. 28, 1956, to the late Roy Lee Knight and Reva J. Stansell Knight. She graduated from Graham High School in 1975 where she played in the band. She attended North Texas State University in Denton where she lived and worked. She moved back to Graham in 2018 because of illness.

Growing irises was a special passion for Paula. She loved being outdoors working in her yard. She also enjoyed all kinds of arts and crafts including sewing, quilting, and flower arranging. She was very interested in her family history and genealogy.

Survivors include two sisters, Judy Jones and husband Joe of Graham, Danna Redclift and husband Renny of Iowa Park, niece Kimberly Young and husband Royce of Aledo, nephew James Redclift and wife Lezlie of Wichita Falls, four grandnieces, Amber Herren and husband Drew of Aledo, Autumn Young of Aledo, Rose Sanders and husband Jacob of North Richland Hills and Grace Redclift of Fort Worth, three great grandnephews, Graham Herren, Lincoln Herren and Marshall Herren, all of Aledo, uncle Jack Stansell of Graham and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Roger Bruce Knight.
