Richard Allen Easter was born Feb. 3, 1942 in Graham, to Clifford Thurman and Betty Lorene Skipper Easter. He married Audra B. Evans in Jack County on Aug. 3, 1958. Richard worked at Fort Richardson State Park for many years, serving in many capacities, and was member of Jermyn Baptist Church. He passed away Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017, at the age of 74. Richard was preceded in death by his father, and two brothers, Perry Easter and Jerry Easter. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at Coker Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Winn Hill Cemetery. Visitation was held 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Coker Funeral Home. He is survived today by his wife, Audra; his mother, Lorene Easter; son, Ricky Easter and wife Julie; daughter, Audrey Kay Huston and husband Michael; sister, Nancy Armstrong; sisters-in-law, Ronda Easter and Betty Easter; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
