Robert “Bob” Clark

Robert “Bob” Clark, 73, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at his home. Funeral will be Thursday, July 18 at 10 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Gooseneck Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Bob was born July 28, 1945 in Peru, Ind. to the late Wilbur Eugene and Cora Marion (Plothow) Clark. He married Shirley Roberts March 26, 1981 in Wise County. Bob retired after 38 years from Zack Burkett Company as an accountant and was a member of Salem Crestview United Methodist Church. Bob was an avid athlete, who loved sports, riding his motorcycle, watching NASCAR and Indy car racing and loved being outside.

Survivors include: wife, Shirley Kay Clark of Graham; sons, Carl Clark and wife, Lisa of San Antonio, Chris Clark and wife, Jodi of Indianapolis, Ind. and Brent Clark and wife, Emily of Newport, Ore.; sister, Kay Ellars of Bunker Hill, Ind.; brother, Ed Clark and wife, Mary of Peru, Ind.; grandchildren, Kagan Clark, Macy Clark, Avery Clark, and Quanah Clark also several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Ann Allman.

The family would like to give a special thanks to Solaris Hospice.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or your favorite charity.

Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
