Robin LaSha Foust Daws passed away on Aug. 30 at Garden Terrace Healthcare Center in Graham, following a short illness. She was born Oct. 6, 1970 in Fort Worth. She was the daughter of Jerry and Dee Dunnam of Graham.

She attended Graham Schools, graduating in 1989. She graduated from Texas Tech in 1993, and received her Master’s Degree in Library Science from TWU in 2003.

Robin married Keith Daws from Olney on Sept. 4, 1993, and they were married 26 years, and had two sons, Bucky and Koy, who were the joy of her life.

She began teaching in Stamford and then in Olney. She was then named Director of Olney Community Library in 2002. It was a unique library where she worked with the public and in a school setting. She later moved to Wichita Falls where she was librarian at Wichita Falls High School for many years.

Robin was always happy, joyful, friendly, and usually had a smile on her face. She was blessed with many close, lifelong friends, who she loved dearly.

Robin is survived by sons Bucky Daws and Mikaela Mitcham, of Colleyville, and Koy Daws and Shayla Scott of Olney; granddaughters Rayen and Wrenley Daws; mom Dee Dunnam; brother Dustin Dunnam and wife Jessica of Fort Worth; and best friend Marty Thompson Harmon of Austin; and uncle and aunts and cousins.

She is further survived by Keith Daws of Olney, and Connis and Linda Daws and Amy Fischer of Lubbock. She is also survived by “true blues’’ to the end: Suzanne Yancey Parker, Staci Ross Taylor, Allison Holland Morton, and Kendra Jackson.

Robin was predeceased by her dad, Jerry Dunnam; her birth parents Gloria and John Foust, and grandparents Bob and Oval King of Winters.

The family would like to thank the staff of Garden Terrace and Solaris Hospice for her excellent care.

The family will host a private “Celebration of Life” in Robin’s honor at a future date.
