Shirley Ann Cody 70, passed peacefully on May 8, at home surrounded by her family. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 13, at 2 p.m. in the Pioneer Cemetery. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Shirley was born July 23, 1950 in Graham to Clyde and Dorothy Rogers Barnett. She married Randy Cody in 1970. Shirley was nurse at North Texas Health Science Center. She resided in Graham most of her life with Randy and their two children.

Survivors include: husband Randy Cody; son Scott Cody and wife Xan; five grandchildren, Chelsey Cody, Cullen Seel and wife Deidra, Corbin Seel, Kolton Seel and Trysta Cody; two great grandchildren, Raelie Wilhoit and Avery Yonts; brother Jerry Barnett; Sisters in law Karla Barnett, Linda Dartez and husband Earnest , Jeri Rhymer and husband Jack. Shirley was preceded in death by her daughter Shelbi Cody and her little brother Jim.
