Shirley Ann McCormack passed away June 16, 2016, in Graham, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 3  p.m. in Altus Cemetery in Altus, Oklahoma. Family visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Shirley was born June 6, 1936, in Friendship, Oklahoma and moved to Graham in 1974 from DeLeon, Texas. She was a laboratory technician at Graham Regional Medical Center and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church.

Survivors include one son, DeLoy McCormack and wife Lizabeth of Dallas; daughter, Starla Adams and husband Barry of San Antonio; four grandchildren, Evan McCormack, Heather Winchell and husband Joel, Cassie Henry and husband Stan, Mandy Gil and husband Ryan; six great grandchildren, Myla McCormack, Micah Winchell, Hudson Winchell, Rosalie Henry, Caroline Henry and Everly Gil.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, W.D. McCormack in 1989.
