The family of Wilbert Wallace “Sam” Brown Jr., 79, who passed away on Feb. 2, 2022, will be having his memorial service Saturday, April 23, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at Pioneer Cemetery.

On March 11, 1942, Sam was born to W.W. (Buck) Brown and Mary (Kirksey) Brown in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Sam is survived by his wife of 18 years, Betty Beck Brown of Graham; his children: Guy Brown and wife Mindy of Wichita Falls, Charisse Brown Marcus and husband Dan of Dallas. He had three grandchildren: Michael and Sara Jane Brown of Wichita Falls; Reese Marcus of Dallas. He is also survived by his sister Barbara Arispe, her husband Tommy of Graham, and several nieces and nephews.
