Michael Thomas Demshock V

Michael Thomas Demshock V, 55, was born July 14, 1961 in Phoenixville, Penn., and died March 12, 2017 in Graham. Michael was raised in Somerville, N.J., and attended Somerville High School. He was married to Patricia Caporaso at a young age and spent most of his life working in the construction industry to support his family. Michael loved the great outdoors and spent countless hours hiking, fishing and camping. He moved to Texas in 2009, where he could be near his children and grandchildren who were the absolute pride of his life.

Brandon Lee Neill

Brandon Lee Neill, 48, of Graham, formerly of Archer City, passed away Thursday evening, March 9, 2017 at Hospice of Wichita Falls, surrounded by his family. Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 13, at the First Baptist Church of Archer City, with Luke Morrison of the Texoma Cowboy Church and Gary Morrison of Archer City officiating. Interment followed in the Archer City Cemetery under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home. The family received friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday, March 12, at Aulds Funeral Home. Brandon was born Nov. 13, 1968 in Olney, to Jimmie C.

Brenda Yvonne Maxwell Martin

Brenda Yvonne Maxwell Martin was born June 2, 1949. She was a loyal, loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her husband of 51 years was Robbie Joe Martin. He loved her dearly and cared greatly for her until the very end of her battle with ALS. Her loyalty and love to her daughters, Robin, Kendra and Misty, is an undying gift without equal. Her influence and love to her grandchildren, Conner, Brennan, Darin, Maya, Jacob and Fiona, was whole-hearted. She loved her great-niece Breanna and her two girls, Emma and Addi, as if they were her very own. Brenda loved to craft, cook and read.

Charles Edward Hearne

Charles Edward Hearne, 82 passed away Monday, March 13, 2017, in Frisco. Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, March 16, at First Baptist Church in Graham. Burial will follow at Newcastle Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Charles Edward Hearne was born March 2, 1935, in Newcastle, to the late Liston Hearne and Mamie Alice (Moore) Hearne. Charles married Verneda L. Boyd on Aug. 17, 1979 in Graham. She preceded him in death on July 24, 2011. He grew up in Newcastle working with his family in their fruit orchards.

Walter Gene Shepard

Walter Gene Shepard, 85, passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 in Loving. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 8, at 2 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Loving Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Walter Gene was born Dec. 22, 1931 in Young County, to the late Joe William and Nellie Lee (Sanders) Shepard. He married Erma Ruth Sams on Dec. 14, 1951 in Loving and she preceded him in death on Oct. 24, 2014. Walter Gene was a farmer and rancher for Shepard Farms and a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he was a sniper in the Korean conflict.

Katheriene Kay Boone

Katheriene Kay Boone, 70 years young, of Graford died Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017 due to a head-on collision in Wichita Falls. The memorial service has been postponed at this time. She was born May 29, 1946 in Amarillo, to Clinton S. Blackwell Sr. and Tennie May Harris. Katheriene loved the Lord, for she walked with him daily. Her favorite passage from the bible was Ephesians 1:3-14. She will be forever loved and missed but we look forward to seeing her again. She is survived by her husband, John F.

Paula Joplin Nunley

Paula Joplin Nunley of Tolar, 68, went to be with her Lord and savior on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017.   Services were 2 p.m. Thursday, March 2, at First Baptist Church, Granbury. Visitation was 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Wiley Funeral Home, Granbury. Visitation will also be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at Morrison Funeral Home, Graham. Graveside services are 3 p.m. Saturday at Brooks Cemetery, Graham.   Paula was born Aug. 13, 1948 in Graham, to J.W. and Anna Maxine Reedy Joplin. After graduating from high school, Paula married the love of her life, Gerry Nunley.

Edwina ‘Bea’ Tate

Edwina "Bea" Tate passed from this life on Feb. 21, 2017 at the age of 83. Bea was born in Pampa, but moved to Odessa at an early age, where she graduated from Odessa High School. She was the only child of Seth Thomas Beauchamp and Louise Beauchamp who have preceded her in death. Bea loved life, her friends, her family, her church and many she considered as family. She was generous to all and always willing to help others in any way she could. She brightened the lives of many and was a dearly beloved mother. Her absence from this life will leave an unfillable void.

Shirley Nell Guinn Yandell

Shirley Nell Guinn Yandell, 78, passed from this life Friday, Feb. 24, 2017 in Wichita Falls. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 2, at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Shirley was born in Munday on May 24, 1938 to the late Louis Cecil "Louie" Guinn Sr. and Bessie (Shaw) Guinn. She graduated from Munday High School and was a majorette for the Munday Moguls. She was a beauty queen, in many beauty contests.

Lucille Ponder

Lucille Ponder, 100, of Graham, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 in Mansfield. Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 25, at 2 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Lucille was born Oct. 7, 1916 in Jermyn, to the late John Allen and Ella Louise (Winn) Molloy. She married Carroll Bud Ponder on June 1, 1934 in Archer City. He preceded her in death on March 29, 2002. Lucille was retired from the wholesale florist business and was a homemaker.
