Billy Dan Wadley

Billy Dan Wadley passed away Dec. 30, 2016 after a long illness. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, 2017 at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham. Interment will be in Pioneer Cemetery. Wadley was born Oct. 18, 1929 in Tonk Valley, and lived in Graham most of his life. He was a retired U.S. Postal Service letter carrier and served as a staff sergeant in the Army in Korea.

Johnnye Faye ‘Butchie’ Lehr

Johnnye Faye "Butchie" Lehr, 73, passed away Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 in Graham. Visitation will be held Friday, Jan. 6, 2017 from 6:30-7:30 p.m at Morrison Funeral Home. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Johnnye was born Oct. 30, 1943 to his late mother, Mary Slice Lehr, and late father, Harold Marshall Lehr, in Young County. He was raised in Young County where he played sports and worked on the farm. He graduated from Graham High School in 1963 and attended Arlington State University.

Weldon Potts

Weldon Potts, 86, passed away Thursday, Dec. 29, 2016 in Burleson. Funeral services were Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Weldon was born July 28, 1930 in Jack County, to the late Hugh Dinsmore and Ada (Ainsworth) Potts. He married Ruby Dean Ashburn on Aug. 6, 1955 in Carlsbad, New Mexico. Weldon worked for Heath Electric as an electrician and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Irene G. Foley

Loving wife, mother and grandmother, Irene G. Foley, passed away peacefully Dec. 29, 2016, surrounded by family. She was born July 31, 1936 in Patterson, N.J., to Ralph and Clare Rutherford. Irene grew up in New Jersey where she and her husband, Robert C. “Bob” Foley, met as children. She caught his eye as she was playing softball, and the rest was a classic love story that stood the test of time. Irene married Bob on June 7, 1958 in Patterson, New Jersey.

Pam Neal

Pam Neal, 59, passed away Friday, Dec. 23, 2016 in Olney. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26, in the chapel of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney, with Frankie Bailey, pastor of Cowboy Church of Young County, officiating. Interment followed in Restland Cemetery in Olney. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney. Pam was born April 20, 1957 in Olney, to the late Billy Mack and Shirley (Jones) Hughes. She married Jack Neal in 1975 and was a lifetime resident of Olney. She was business owner/bookkeeper for Hughes Drilling Company in Olney.

John Henry ‘Johnny’ Gibbs

John Henry "Johnny" Gibbs, 88, of Graham went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, Dec. 23, 2016. A graveside funeral was held Tuesday, Dec. 27, at 3 p.m. at Newcastle Cemetery in Newcastle. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.  Johnny was born Aug. 27, 1928 in Olney, to the late Henry Coleman and Ethel Belle (Trammell) Gibbs. He married Elsie Lee Rogers on March 14, 1952 in Graham. Johnny was a member of the First Christian Church. He retired from the U.S.

Mary Frances Wheat Wickham

Mary Frances Wheat Wickham, 88, of Amarillo, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016. She peacefully passed in the care of Plum Creek Nursing Home and Interim Hospice of Amarillo. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 30, at First Baptist Church, 620 4th St. in Graham, TX. Frances was born May 20, 1928 in Young County, to T.H. and Lottie Wheat. She spent most of her life in Young County and Wichita Falls, moving to Amarillo several years ago.

Beth Lipsey

Beth Lipsey, 59, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2016 in Graham. Graveside services will be held Friday, Dec. 23, at 11:30 a.m. in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Beth was born June 3, 1957 in Wichita Falls, to the late Oliver Clark and Clemmie Mae (Littlejohn) McKinney. She married David Ray Lipsey on Feb. 19, 1983 in Weatherford. Beth called Graham her temporary residence for many years until God called her home. She was a homemaker, a devoted wife and wonderful mother.

Robert R. Mooneyham

Robert R. Mooneyham, 67, passed away Saturday, Dec. 17, 2016 in Wichita Falls. A graveside funeral will be held Friday, Dec. 23, at 11 a.m. in Eliasville Cemetery in Eliasville. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Robert was born Dec. 8, 1949 in Graham, to the late Charley B. and Margurite (Washburn) Mooneyham. Robert graduated from Breckenridge High School and attended Abilene Texas Plumbing School, where he received his Master Plumber license.

Bobby Dewayne McGehee

Funeral services for Bobby Dewayne McGehee, 56, of Drummond, Okla., will be Thursday, Dec. 22, at the Drummond High School Gym with Rev. Kyle Embry officiating. A second service will be in Graham at the First Presbyterian Church, on Friday, Dec. 23, at 2 p.m., with Dawayne Barnett officiating. Interment will follow in the Pioneer Cemetery in Graham. The family will receive friends at the Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21. Visitation with family and friends in Graham will be Thursday, Dec. 22, from 6 to 8 p.m.
