Maurice Yvon Graham, 94, of Bryson passed away Monday May 16, 2022, in Graham. Memorial Services will be held at the Bryson United Methodist Church on May 26 at 1:30 p.m. under the direction of McMillan Satterwhite Funeral Home.
Maurice was born April 29, 1928, in Estill Springs, Tennessee to the late Jessie Byron Graham and Andree Victorine Oberdoerffer Graham. He was a retired printer and rancher. He had resided in Bryson for many years.
It’s been a year since Pat went home to be with the Lord, after her battle against cancer.
Pat lived in Young County for over 25 years until moving to the Texas coast with her husband “Buster” Brock and three children in 1969. She is missed by beloved relatives and friends in this area, including her son Brad Brock, granddaughter Karlee Nantz, sisters Martha Collier, Barbara Daily and Nicki Hamilton, brother Chuck Nicholson and their families. Her family also includes two daughters, five more grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four step-children and their families.
Harriet Jean (Cox) Brown was a caring mother, grandmother and friend. She passed away on May 5, 2022.
Harriet was born on April 15, 1936, in Loving, and grew up in Graham. She attended Graham High School where she was a drum majorette. She graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Psychology. She married Wayne Brown and had three children and a son-in-law: Darryl, Barrie, David, and Jay. She had four grandchildren: Kelly, JD, Kelsey, and Sarah.
Vernon Stevens, a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who never met a stranger, age 80, of Blanket, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2022. His family will have a memorial service at 12 p.m., Thursday, May 19, 2022 at their residence in Breckenridge.
Inocencio Romero Venzor, 76, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022 in Dallas. Funeral mass will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 11 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Barbara Lou Webb, 86, passed away in Graham on May 11, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, May 16 at 11 a.m. at Eastside Church of Christ under the direction of McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home.
Ernest “Fred” Wooldridge, 92, born on March 7, 1930, in Newcastle, TX, to Ernest Fred and Emma Glyn (Hunter) Wooldridge, went home to his Savior on May 5, 2022.
Fred is now strolling across heaven with the love of his life, Betty L Wooldridge (Ashburn). The couple were married Dec 18, 1954, in Rule, TX.
Judy E. Barnett, 73, passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022 at her home in Graham. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 11 a.m. in the Graham Church of God. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Pat Calvin, age 85, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022, at Grace Care Center in Olney, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2022, in the chapel of Lunn Funeral Home in Olney with Scotte Clark, officiating. Interment will follow at Restland Cemetery in Olney. Arrangements are under the direction of Lunn Funeral Home of Olney.
C.W. Mower Jr. went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 30. He was born Nov. 5, 1928, in Jacksboro, to Clifford Wayne Mower Sr., and Leatha (Dickerson).
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 6, at Bible Baptist Church in Jacksboro.
