Blues get four-set win over Millsap

The Lady Blues volleyball team continued to roll in their win over Millsap Friday. The Blues took the first set 25-22 before falling 25-18 to tie the match up. After the loss, Graham took over with consecutive dominant wins. The Blues took the third set 25-10 before winning the final set 25-14. Libero Nicole King had 26 digs in the victory. Jasmine Sims had 17 kills, 16 assists, two aces and 21 digs. The massive game pushed Sims’ triple-double streak to four. Setter Marleigh Sanders added 22 assists with 10 digs and two aces. Emma Ranger continued to prove herself as the second punch in Graham’s attack with 11 kills and five blocks. Emily Davis had 17 digs and eight kills, while Skylar Morris scored four kills and six blocks. Baylee Loomis also had six blocks to go with three kills and three aces. Delaney Sullivent added 15 digs. The Lady Blues begin district play Friday against the Hirschi Huskies at 5:30 p.m. at the Graham High School gym.
