The Bryson Cowboys continued their dominance Friday night with a 42-14 road victory over Moran. Though the score points to a one-sided affair, Bryson coach Jason Briles said his Cowboys didn’t play their best, despite the win. “We played sloppy offense,” he said. “We had five turnovers that left at least 30 points on the field. But the defense played strong. Defensive coordinator Hunter Hays had them ready to go, and Tanner Buchanan played his best game so far this season. I hope that continues as we move forward.” Buchanan led the team with 19 tackles, two forced fumbles, a sack and a safety. Bryson quarterback Brayden Houser finished with 219 passing yards and four touchdown passes.
