The annual Lady Blues softball and Steers baseball benefit skeet shoot will be taking place on Saturday, Aug. 28, at the Young County Warrior Ranch. The annual event hosts a skeet shooting competition, gun raffle, lunch and silent auction to benefit the baseball and softball teams of Graham High School.

Registration for the event begins at 8:30 a.m. with shooting beginning at 9 a.m. Registration for the skeet shoot is $20 per shooter and comes with a free barbecue lunch. Spectators are invited to attend. The lunch is $10 for all others attending.

Funds raised at the shoot go towards travel to overnight tournaments and to buy uniforms, extra balls, nets and other training equipment.

“The Graham community is always great in stepping up and helping out the kids in GISD,” Lady Blues coach Adam Arrington said. “We greatly appreciate the people and business in Graham.”
