Graham extinguishes Lady Dragons; extends win streak

In the true spirit of the holidays, the Graham Lady Blues decided to give back Friday night against Chico. A balanced scoring attack across the board propelled the Lady Blues to a 61-25 victory over the Lady Dragons, extending their winning streak to five games. Graham (8-8) will be off until Dec. 27 when the Lady Blues begin play at the Aggieland Tournament from College Station. The Lady Blues will take on Fairfield in their opening round contest. There was little drama from the opening tip, as a 10-1 run started the game for Graham. At the end of the first quarter, it was clear the Lady Blues were in control at 23-10. The offensive barrage continued in the second quarter, as Graham went into the halftime interval leading 36-22.
