Graham track season concludes in Region I meet

The 2020 season has come to an end for Graham Track. Graham High School was be represented by 21 athletes across 19 events at the 4A Region I track meet at Lowrey Field in Lubbock last weekend.

The back-to-back area champion mens track team was represented by JJ Lee, Trent Taylor, Daniel Gilbertson, Ben Williams, Marcos Hererra, Gage Faulk, Carson Trice, Xavier Reyes, Adam Busse, Jack Graham, Hugo Murillo, Dario Rendon, Seth Flowers and Holton Weatherman. The womens track team, which finished third overall in the area meet was represented by Mary Lyndell Graham, Lillian Graham, Madi Wildi, Cambrie Cowser, Taylor Wilborn, Emma Parker and Rachel Grimsley.

Friday marked the finals in shot put, pole vault, triple jump and the 3200-meter run. Lee competed in the shot put. Taylor took part in the pole vault. Gilbertson and Williams jumped in the triple jump. Herrera, Weatherman, Mary Lyndell Graham and Wilde ran in the 3200.
