Lady Blues see success in early season scrimmage
Despite the frigid temperatures and the strong winds, the Lady Blues opened the new season with an early scrimmage last Monday, Jan. 28 at home. Graham saw plenty of positives in a pre-season practice against Comanche.
With some of the players still playing basketball, every softball girl had a chance to display their skills against a talented Class 3A program.
The returning varsity players from last season showed they are ready to go once their teammates return. Graham enters the season ranked in a two-way tie for No. 10 with Sweeny in the preseason Texas Girls Coaches Association softball Class 4A poll.
