The Graham Steers took a long three-hour road trip to take care of business against Colorado City, improving to 4-0 on the year after a dominant 78-22 win over the Wolves.

The game took place Tuesday, Dec. 2 and there were playmakers across the board.

The top four scorers in the game were Bryce Martin, Jagger Nees, Brodie Martin and Nick Wankowicz.

The Martins were two returning players to the team who made an impact on their first game back after football season for the Steers came to an end.

Bryce Martin tallied 12 points, five rebounds, four assists, three steals and two pass deflections, while Brodie Martin was right behind him with 11 points, six rebounds, five assists, seven steals defensively and seven pass deflections.

Thomason Burkett and Macrae Menard also returned to the team and combined for six points in the victory.

Burkett was also a force defensively with eight pass deflections and four steals.

Nees and Wankowicz continued to be consistent presences in the Steers’ starting lineup in this matchup, scoring 11 points and 10 points, respectively.

Nees also had four rebounds, four assists, seven deflections and five assists, and Wankowicz added six rebounds, an assist, three pass deflections, four steals and two blocks.

Tyler Allen and Cooper Wilde both contributed eight points to the Steers’ win, with Allen adding two rebounds and three assists.

Wilde followed that up with three rebounds, two assists, a pass deflection and two steals.

Obed Trejo and Caleb Chandler rounded out the scoring for the Steers in the victory. Both Trejo and Chandler scored six points with Trejo pulling in an offensive rebound with three deflections and three steals as well. 

Chandler also added an assist and two steals.

And even though Jaden Neal didn’t score on the night, he was a force defensively. The forward had six rebounds, two assists and a steal in the victory.
