Offensive production hasn’t been much of a problem this season for the Graham Steers. Unfortunately, last Friday night turned into a huge headache. Facing their first ranked opponent of the season, the Steers struggled against No. 11 Argyle, falling 66-42 on the road. The loss leaves Graham at 13-4 overall. Tuesday night was scheduled to be the final non-district game of the season against Abilene Cooper. Graham will begin district play Friday night taking on No. 14 Wichita Falls Hirschi at home. The first quarter was unlike anything Steers fans are used to seeing this season. Graham was held to just 9 points in the opening stanza. Argyle, meanwhile, had no such troubles. The Eagles put in 23 points going into the second quarter. For the rest of this story, subscribe to our print or online edition.
