District leaders Graham and Krum battled hard all night long Friday, but the Steers were stopped in a heartbreaker, falling to the Bobcats 42-35.
The Steers battled the jitters early on, earning four false-start penalties in the first quarter. After repeated handoffs from Steers quarterback Tucker Horn to running back Jaxon Brockway, the Steers worked their way to Krum’s 33-yard line before another false start penalty and a fourth-and-20 situation caused the Steers to punt.
