The Steers made short work of Hirschi at home Friday night while securing their 11th straight win. They needed just five innings and defeated their visitors 14-0.

Corey Ballew threw a no-hitter and added a home run to his cause to lead the Steers to victory. It all started with six runs in the first inning and eight more added over the next two.

Alex Strawbridge flew out to center field to start the bottom half of the first inning. One pitch later, Ballew singled to left field. With Brant Coley at the plate, Ballew advanced to second on a wild pitch. Ballew scored the first run of the inning after Coley advanced to first on an error. Coley, Johnson, Joel Gomez and Nick Helm each added runs in the opening inning.
