For football fans it can be difficult to get a good football fix after the Super Bowl. The NFL season ends in February and doesn’t start back in earnest until Training Camp in July.
Newcastle High School held its annual sports banquet Thursday night at the Young County Arena in Graham.
For the first time in at least 50 years, Graham High School tennis sent individuals to the UIL State Tournament.
The baseball season ended last Saturday in the area round of the playoffs for the Graham Steers. The Steers were a young team that developed and grew exponentially as the season progressed.
The adult men’s and women’s adult soccer finals were held at the GSA soccer fields on Saturday and Sunday.
