Lady Blues see success in early season scrimmage

Despite the frigid temperatures and the strong winds, the Lady Blues opened the new season with an early scrimmage last Monday, Jan. 28 at home. Graham saw plenty of positives in a pre-season practice against Comanche.

Lady Blues rally late on road to win

The Graham girls’ basketball team turned the momentum in the fourth quarter and picked up a huge, hard-fought district road win over Burkburnett on Tuesday evening.

Gober’s ability to drive to the basket proved to be crucial down the stretch. Burkburnett, which led for almost all of the first three quarters, had no answer for the duo of Gober and 6-foot-3 post Cammi Teplicek in the fourth.
