Joyce McGehee, 97, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022, in Graham. Funeral was held at 2 p.m. Monday, June 20, 2022, in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Cottonwood Cemetery in Jack County.  Joyce laid in state Monday from 9 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.

Joyce was born April 29, 1925, in Graham, to the late Edith (Myers) McGehee and James Dewey McGehee.  She graduated from Bryson High School and remained a lifetime resident of Bryson. Joyce worked for the Bryson School District in the cafeteria for many years.

Survivors include; brother, Bobby McGehee of Bryson; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and great great great nieces and nephews.

Joyce was preceded in death by brothers, Carl McGehee and James McGehee, and a sister, Margie Johnson.
