Edith Marie Thomas Mince, 94, passed away Thursday, March 18, 2021 in Weatherford, Texas. Due to covid concerns a memorial celebration will be announced in April. Marie will be buried, alongside her husband, at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas.
Lisa Ford, 66, passed away at her home surrounded by her family Saturday, March 13, 2021. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 16 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Graham. Burial will follow at Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Lisa was born June 14, 1954 in Haskell to the late Wanda Fay (Watts) Rasco and J.D. Rasco. Lisa moved to Graham in 1974 from Stamford, Texas. She married Ricky Dale Ford, April 16, 1994 in Abilene.
Barbara passed into eternity on March 11, 2021, in Tyler, TX. Barbara Bankston Green was born to Durwood “Woody” and Dorothy “Dot” Green on Aug. 18, 1947, in Denison, TX. Barbara’s family moved to Graham, TX at an early age where her family was very involved in the community and First Baptist Church Graham. It was there that she was baptized at the age of 6 by Reverend Hubert Foust.
Elizabeth (Liz) Ann Gallaway, age 76, beloved mother, nana and friend went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2021. Liz passed away at Lake Granbury Medical Center due to respiratory and heart complications.
Charles “Charlie” Shipley, 86, of Graham and formerly of Olton, died Monday, March 8, 2021, in Graham, Texas. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2021, at Olton Cemetery in Olton, Texas, with his nephew, Mr. Charles “Butch” Flatt, officiating and under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Harley Rose Grafton passed away March 6, 2021. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Oak St. Baptist Church in Graham with interment following at Pioneer Cemetery.
Harley was born Nov. 8, 2004 in Georgetown, Texas and was a sophomore at Graham High School and was a member of the Lady Blues Soccer Team #11.
Dorothy Dawson, 91, passed away on Thursday, March 4, 2021 in Frisco, Texas. The celebration of her life will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. The graveside service will be Wednesday, 4 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Byers, Texas. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. Family visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home.
Phyllis Kaye Daigle, 63, went to be with her Heavenly Father on March 3, 2021. Services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Faith Center Assembly of God in Graham, TX. Visitation will be on Friday, March 12, 2021, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Morrison Funeral Home.
Bobby Glen Riggins passed away March 3, 2021 in Wichita Falls, Texas, from a month-long battle with post COVID-19 complications. He was born Nov. 30, 1944 in Olney, Texas to the late M.J. Riggins and Louise (Pounds) Riggins.
He went to school, lived, and worked in Young County his entire life. He worked for Hexcel, Stephens Trucks, and for over 30 years at Air Tractor in Olney.
Sandra Steadham Creswell, 70, passed away in her home in Graham surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. A memorial service will be held at Gooseneck Cemetery on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11 a.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Sandra was born on Feb. 11, 1951 in Graham to the late Gene Thomas Steadham and Effie Juanita Tippett Steadham. She married Terry Creswell on Jan. 19, 1988. Together they had two daughters, Gina and Lee Ann.
