Jerald Wayne McPheeters entered Heaven Saturday, Oct. 17, 2020. He will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held, 1:30 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 21, 2020 at Grace Baptist Church. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesday night at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in the Loving Cemetery.
Rita Dell Heinze peacefully passed away Oct. 11, 2020 surrounded by her family in Graham Texas. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Rita was born Aug. 18, 1940 to George and Dulsie Howard in Paron Arkansas. Rita of was one of eight children.
L.J. “Sonny” Holder was reunited with the love of his life and wife of over 50 years, Juanell, when he entered heaven on Oct.14, 2020 at 5:48 p.m. He was a hardworking man of faith, honesty and humor and is leaving behind a legacy of thousands of freshly baked yeast rolls that he would bake each year for friends, family and the community.
Gerald E. Long passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020 in Graham. A memorial service will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, 2020 at 11 a.m. at the Graham VFW Post Building.
Gerald was born on Jan. 27, 1945 to Odell and Lorene Long in Young County, Texas, where he was raised his whole life. Gerald married Shirley Caviness in December 2000.
Donna J. Belyeu passed away Oct. 14, 2020 at her home in Bryson, Texas. A celebration of life service will be held at a later date. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Belyeu was born on July 24, 1949 in ,Euclid Ohio and came to Texas in the 1960’s. She had served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a member of the Catholic Church.
Betty Jean Patterson, 85, passed away Monday, Oct. 12, 2020 in Graham. Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 15, 2020 at 11 a.m. in Faith Center Assembly of God. Burial followed in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Betty was born March 3, 1935 in Graham to the late Calvin T. and Harriett Caroline (Hicks) Walker. She married Douglas Patterson June 29, 1978 in Plainview. Betty was a lifetime resident of Graham.
Dana Lucille Albritton, 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 5, 2020 in Graham, Texas. A graveside ceremony will be held at a later date.
Dana was born on Dec. 28, 1948 in Bryan, Texas to Garland Reed Albritton and Rosanne Foster Albritton. She grew up in Midland, Texas and graduated from Midland High School in 1966 and from the University of Arkansas, where she received a Bachelor Degree in Deaf Education.
On Sept. 30, 2020, Lillian Lavelle Jordan (Lyons) Yielding, a loving wife, the dearest mother, the kindest friend, one of the best that God could lend entered into heavens gates.
Lavelle was born Feb. 18, 1938 in Profitt, Texas to the late Roscoe and Della Jordan, and was the youngest of six siblings. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, attending church and spending time with and caring for her family.
Proceeded in death by her father, Roscoe; her mother, Della; her brothers, Bloyce and Roy; her son, Joseph and her former husband, Leon.
W. W. “Sonny” Lang, 86, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on Oct. 4, 2020. He passed away at his home.
Services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel, 2800 Paramount Blvd., with Dr. G. A. Roach officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, Amarillo.
Jerri Lynn Jergins, 57, of Abilene, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2020 in Abilene.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020 in the chapel at Hillcrest Church of Christ, 650 E. Ambler Ave., Abilene, Texas. Dorman Holub, minister of the Eastside Church of Christ, Graham, Texas, will officiate. Services are under the direction of The Hamil Family Funeral Home, 6449 Buffalo Gap Road, Abilene.
