James Chester Rhodes, Jr. was born on Dec. 28, 1960 to James Chester Rhodes, Sr. and Claudia (McMinn) Rhodes in Graham, Texas. He went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 in Wichita Falls, Texas at 60 years of age.

James married Sherry Willis on Jan. 1, 1986 in Jacksboro, Texas. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Jacksboro, Texas, and owned and operated Rhodes Tank Trucks Inc. since March 16, 1999. He will be greatly missed by those who loved and knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jamie Kay Johnson.

Michael Douglas Coughlan, 74, passed away peacefully in his home on Thursday, May 6, 2021. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 1 p.m. in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Graham Texas. A public visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Arrangements are under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. The family would like to welcome anyone who wishes to attend. Michael touched the lives of so many. Anyone wishing to say a few words during the service, are welcome to.

Geraldine “Dean” Mason, 74, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021 at her home in Graham. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Geraldine was born Aug. 21, 1946 in Graham to the late Esther Lee (Owen) Lowe and Albert Lee Lowe.  Dean was a lifetime resident of Graham and a Homemaker.  She was preceded in death by her husband’s Carlton Doyle Davis and Harmon Lewis, Sr.

Joanna Lee Flack, 78, of Odessa, Texas passed away on May 5, 2021 in Odessa. Prior to moving to Odessa in October 2019, she was a long-time resident of Graham, Texas.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at the Sunset Memorial Funeral Home chapel with Reverend Keri Lynn Lucas of Creekwood United Methodist Church in Allen, Texas officiating. Burial will be at a private family ceremony at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.

Graveside service for LouElla Anderson Routon Isham, age 98, is scheduled for 11 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Newcastle Cemetery in Newcastle, Texas, with Joyce Addison of Archer City, Texas, officiating. Visitation will take place Tuesday, May 11, 2021, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home in Graham, Texas. She passed from this life to her heavenly home on May 7, 2021. She was born Feb. 3, 1923 to Oscar and Martha Baxter Anderson. She married Harless Ford Routon June 28, 1941, in Newcastle, Texas. After several years of being a widow she married J. W. Isham Aug.

Martin (Marty) Louise Bond Orr, 91, gained her heavenly wings on May 4, 2021, in Grapevine, Texas. She was born on May 22, 1929, in Floydada, Texas to G. E. Bond and Elizabeth Kennison Bond. Marty met the love of her life, Don Orr, while at college and they were married on Dec. 22, 1949 in Amarillo, Texas. They were married for 52 years. They resided in Denver City, Texas for many years then moved to Graham, Texas in 1994.

Marty is preceded in death by her husband, Don, her two brothers, Wilson and Bud, and her parents.

Shirley Ann Cody 70, passed peacefully on May 8, at home surrounded by her family. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 13, at 2 p.m. in the Pioneer Cemetery. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Shirley was born July 23, 1950 in Graham to Clyde and Dorothy Rogers Barnett. She married Randy Cody in 1970. Shirley was nurse at North Texas Health Science Center. She resided in Graham most of her life with Randy and their two children.

Samuel “Sammy” Edward Ruddy, 66, passed away Friday, April 23, 2021, at his residence in Graham. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home. 

Sammy was born Aug. 12, 1954 in Wichita Falls to Patsy (Collier) Hoepfner and Samuel Edward Ruddy, II. He married Julie Kay Hibbitts July 5, 1975 in Graham.

Ocie Lee Vaught, 90, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021, at his home in Young County. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 11 a.m. in Morrison Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Loving Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.

Ocie was born April 9, 1931 in Corsicana to the late Wharton Lee and Laura Florence (Libhart) Vaught. He moved to Graham in 1965 from Corsicana and was employed by the City of Graham working in every department from street to brush truck. Ocie loved breaking horses and rodeoing.

Beverly Ann (Paschall) Norman was received into the church triumphant on April 27, 2021 in Weatherford, Texas. Memorial services for Beverly will be held Saturday, May 1, 3 p.m. at Bethesda Methodist Church Cemetery in Parker County.
